Principal's Message

Dear Flying Eagle Families,
Welcome to Dr. Phillips Elementary, home of the flying eagles! The first day of school for students is Tuesday, August 10th. Please expect heavier traffic during arrival and dismissal during the first week of school.

Our goal is to provide strategies to help all of our students attain academic excellence. We follow the motto “SOARing to Success, The Flying Eagle Way!” Every student is encouraged to practice Safety, to take Ownership of their choices, to Achieve academically and behaviorally and to show Respect at all times. Together, with our families and community we provide strong academic opportunities for each one of our students.
As principal at Dr. Phillips Elementary, I couldn’t be more proud of the students who come to school each and every day eager to learn, the dedicated teachers who provide rigorous instruction and the supportive parents and community members who volunteer countless hours at our school in order to make it an exceptional learning environment.

Go Flying Eagles!

Christine Rogers
